Fixing A Short Footer In Your Blog

At some point my footer got cut off as did my wife’s and some others I have seen. This video will show you how to fix this problem. It is mainly directed at the John Thornhill classmates using Planet Divinity graphics but should be able to be adapted to other wordpress blogs if they have the same problems.

Thanks for listening,
Gary R Turner

  1. Gary,

I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for the advice and instruction about the footer in our blogs.

After watching your video I took another look at my footer, and it looked like the very bottom was cut off.

So I followed the steps you laid out, saved the changes, and it’s lookin’ really good now! Thank you!

This is one of the first things I noticed when I joined the Masterclass is the tremendous amount of help and support can find if they run into any kind of problem of issue! The Masterclass really is a community of people happy to help other people, and that’s just one of the things that makes this experience so wonderful!

This makes me think of a post I made titled “The wealth of information available!” I refers to one of the methods for solving problems, or finding information that John Thornhill recommends, and that’s looking on YouTube. One time I was searching YouTube for an answer or two, and came across a video of a 12 year old spitting out HTML code like it was his second langauge!

I guess in general I am just very grateful for all the people (not just Masterclass students) who are willing to share the bounty of their knowledge to anyone who will reach out to find it!

  2. Hello Ryan,

Thanks for the comment on the footer fix. You are so right. There are many people who are willing to help with any problem. John is great and he seems to attract some very good people. We are pretty lucky to have found his Master Class.

    Gary
